Thank you for your interest in Holding Hands Montessori, a nonprofit Spanish bilingual Montessori preschool program serving families in the Concord, California area. We’re excited to welcome you into our warm, inclusive preschool community.

How to Enroll

Our enrollment process is designed to help us get to know your child and ensure the best possible classroom placement. Here are the steps:

1. Schedule a Parent Tour
   We strongly recommend attending a Parent Tour before applying. This gives you a firsthand look at our classrooms, daily routines, and Montessori materials, and provides a chance to ask questions.
   
   
2. Submit an Online Application
   Complete the application form below to help us learn more about your child and your family. This helps us determine the best classroom fit and anticipated start date.
   
   
3. Schedule a Classroom Visit (with Your Child)
   After we receive your application, we’ll invite you and your child to visit the classroom together. This visit allows your child to explore our space and helps us observe how they engage with the environment.
   
   
4. Review and Sign Your Enrollment Contract
   We’ll send you an electronic contract to review and sign digitally.
   
   
5. Pay the Enrollment Fee and First Month’s Tuition
   A one-time $100 enrollment fee and your child’s first month of tuition (non-refundable) are required to reserve your spot.
   
   
6. Submit Your Enrollment Packet and Immunization Records
   We’ll provide all required forms to complete your child’s enrollment in compliance with California childcare licensing requirements.
